Nestled in the middle of the Coral Ridge Country Club’s 22-acre golf course is The Enclave at Coral Ridge Country Club. The championship 18-hole golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. — a famed golf course architect. Jones’ courses are well-known for their sprawling greens, artistic landscaping and elegant bunkers. All of the 36-planned luxury homes offer wonderful views of the meticulously maintained golf course, including the pristine fairway, greens, lush tropical landscaping and ponds.
Coral Ridge Country Club is a private, non-equity establishment in the east Fort Lauderdale, Florida neighborhood of Coral Ridge Country Club Estates. Homes in this upscale neighborhood are located on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway and east of US1/Federal Highway, between the major east/west arterial roadways of Commercial Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard.
The Enclave at Coral Ridge Country Club has one entrance, which is located off US1/North Federal Highway, just north of The Fresh Market. A beautiful guardhouse compliments the entryway that leads to the only two private streets in the community— Coral Ridge View Drive and Country Club Lane.
Lot prices start at around $785,000 and range in size between a half to a full acre. Each lot will have access to water, sewer, Florida Power & Light, AT&T and Teco Gas. The minimum square footage allowed for a home in this community is 3,750 under air conditioning.
This exclusive community will be governed by a homeowners association (HOA). Duties of the HOA include enforcing the by-laws, keeping common areas pristine, and maintaining sewer and drainage systems. Monthly assessments will start at $525. Once the community evolves through construction, HOA fees are expected to range from $800 to $1,000 per month.
To date, there are two featured builders for the community, Bomar Builders and Grey Door Luxury Homes. Each builder has a long list of accomplishments. Other builders can be used, after successful completion of an application process and approval by an Architectural Review Board.
