About Il Lugano Condos

Il Lugano is a boutique condo/hotel building in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The property is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, just north of Oakland Park Boulevard.

Construction for Il Lugano was completed in 2007, yielding 23 residences and 105 hotel suites over 23 floors. The top 5 floors are reserved for the residences, while the hotel suites occupy the lower floors. A few years after construction, Residence Inn by Marriott took over management of the property. The building continues to offer mid-range luxury.

Stay onsite and relax at the swimming pool, where you’ll be pampered with towel and refreshment service.  Guests can take advantage of the 24-hour valet service and meet you for drinks in the very chic lobby lounge.  Then, everyone can dine at the onsite gourmet restaurant.

If you’re feeling adventurous, more dining options, upscale shopping, the Fort Lauderdale Beach and so much more are within walking distance.  Or, you can maneuver your boat from one of the available deep-water slips and cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway or Atlantic Ocean.
