Las Olas Beach Club is a high-rise condominium building located in front of Fort Lauderdale Beach and the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Construction was completed in 2007, yielding 148 units over 29 floors.

Residences feature private elevator entry into secured foyers. Once through the foyer doors, floor to ceiling windows reveal beautiful views of the beach, ocean, city and/or Intracoastal Waterway.

The building has a contemporary aesthetic inside and out. Public areas were designed by Yabu Pushelberg Interior Design Firm. In 2017 the large rooftop swimming pool area was updated. The new design nicely complements the beautiful views of Fort Lauderdale Beach.
