Flagler Village was once an industrial warehouse district. Today, the area is home to FATVillage. The FAT in FATVillage stands for Flagler Arts Technology. It is where dozens of art galleries and art studios are located.

Once a month the area hosts an art walk that showcases the work of muralists and local artists, live music and food trucks. Indie shops in the area sell upcycled clothing, handmade jewelry and fine art. There are also craft breweries and coffee shops with a host of menu offerings.

Flagler Village homes consist of condos and townhomes. The area is located to the west of the Victoria Park neighborhood in East Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
