Ryan hails from Sandusky, Ohio. The beautiful weather drew him to Fort Lauderdale in 1998, where he has happily lived since. In 2004, Ryan earned his real estate license and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. When Ryan is not helping real estate clients or keeping up with the ever-changing market, he enjoys playing tennis competitively — a sport he has been involved with since high school.
