Luxury home broker associate Chad Gray and the Luxury Living Fort Lauderdale real estate group closed on the record-breaking sale of the award-winning Casa Bella Fortuna estate for $17,360,000. This transaction represents the highest sale in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the past 18 months.

In 2018 the most expensive Fort Lauderdale home record was held by the sale of 2501 Delmar Place for $7 million.

The Casa Bella Fortuna sale caught the attention of multiple media outlets, including South Florida Business Journal and The Real Deal, a media company with a focus on the top real estate markets of New York City, South Florida, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Casa Bella Fortuna is located at 534 Bontona Avenue on a private peninsula on one of the Las Olas Isles.
